Numerology Number 9 - Life Path, Birth Day & Personal year

IMG_0273 copy.png

The number 9 is a very special energy. I feel that it is that of an old soul. You just feel comfortable and safe when you are with a 9 vibration. They are the one’s who hold old soul wisdom. These are the healers among us. Those with a life path number 9 or those born on the 9th, 18th or 27th are humanitarians. They are always focused on the welfare of the other guy. They enjoy seeing people succeed because nothing gives them more pleasure than to help someone to help themselves. Did I mention they are the extreme fixers? 9’s love to find solutions to problems.

Those with 9 energy in their charts generally have a concern for humanity and the environment. They are just socially conscious people. They have a huge appreciation of the outdoors and are often recycling experts! Their interest in helping others goes well beyond their own communities. Their vision is often global.

9’s can have a really hard time releasing and letting go of things. Why throw it out when someone might need this?! It’s often difficult for 9’s to let go of things due to them being so incredibly sentimental. They often have a hard time forgiving and forgetting because they have the memory of an elephant.

The 9 is the extreme opposite of the 1. Where the 1 has a focus on themselves and their personal success, the 9’s need to focus on others while finding ways to help them to help themselves.

Those with 9 energy are leaders and know that on some level they are intended to help the planet in some long-term way. They are the first to volunteer their time to any valid cause.

Are you in a personal year of 9?

The 9 personal year comes at the end of a 9 year epicycle. This is a year of completions. It’s a time when you need to look at your life energetically. All things are composed of energy. I am energy. You are energy. Your thoughts are energy. This desk is energy. Given this understanding, we need to consider what is standing in your way of moving forward into the next year of new beginnings. This is a year to create space. It’s a time to look at all the “stuff” you have! How much of it is plugging up a space that could be filled with something more inspiration next year? Check out the friends you are spending time with. If you could only take one person with you into your personal year of 1 next year, who would it be? Who do you need to start spending less time with? Which friends are dead wood? Which one’s will support you in the future? Which ones will hold you back? How about those limiting beliefs in your head? How many of them aren’t true? You need to release them in this cycle in preparation for a whole new you next year! Be on the look out for ANYTHING that might hold you back next year. Remember that you only have once in a 9 year cycle to harness the unique energy that is yours this year.

Numerology Number 8 - Life Path, Birth Day & Personal Year

I love the number 8. I think it’s because it is the most misunderstood of all the numbers from 1-9.

The internet would have you believe that those with a life path number 8 or those born on the 8th, 17th or 26th day are born to be wealthy! They all have bags of money and success! Beautiful homes! Gorgeous cars! They have it all! Or do they?

I actually created a video called “Why is the 8 Life Path so Challenging?”

I found it fascinating whenever I read for 8’s. Their complaint was always the same. “Show me the money!” They all seemed to be struggling financially. They always seemed to exist paycheck to paycheck. So where does all this 8 hype come from on the internet?!

There is an intimate connection between money and power. Those who are in good alignment with their power and their self worth typically have no issues with money. But more times than not I see people who struggle with money.

Many complain that they don’t make enough money. They aren’t paid their worth. They complain every pay day. I often ask them “Did you take your paycheck this week?” “Yes.” “And you don’t feel you have been paid enough in exchange for what you’ve been paid?” “Yes! I don’t feel like I’m being paid enough!” “And yet you accepted your paycheck?” “Yes! Of course I did. What else would I do? I have to have a paycheck to pay my bills!”

So here’s the secret to understanding the 8 issue. The 8 is here to understand that we teach people how to treat us every single moment of every day. When you accept a paycheck which is much less than you think you’re worth, you have told your employer that it is totally ok to pay you that. Translated: your employer has now been taught that that is what you are worth because you accepted it without speaking up or challenging this low paycheck.

What other areas does this show up in your life? Who has been disrespecting you lately? When did it become ok for them to disrespect you? Step away from the situation and ask yourself “How am I contributing to this? What did I say that implied it’s ok to take advantage of me? What did I choose NOT to say that is also contributing to you being disrespected?

So when we struggle with our own self worth, we struggle financially. It starts from within. It begins with being clear about your self worth not only to your self but also to others.

Are you in a Personal Year of 8?

The personal year of 8 typically has a theme related to money but it also is a great time to step back into your power! As soon as you step into your power and you discover your worth…the money will come! This is a year where you CAN manifest something. Last year in a personal year of 7, you may have felt paralyzed by making any decision! You were stuck inside your head, but the 8 personal year is an action year! Get clear on what you are worth. Send the universe and everyone in it a message that says there is a new bitch in town and she’s a whole lot more demanding since she recognized her amazing worth!

Numerology Number 7 - Life Path, Birth Day and Personal Year

So what is the essence behind a 7? Well the first thing we need to look at is the issue of trust. Sevens have a very hard time trusting not only other people but also themselves. They are often caught in quandaries around “what is the right decision?” More often it is themselves they do not trust. Sevens are highly analytical people. They need to have all the facts in before they make any major decisions. This might explain why sevens are often Angel Card Junkies! They will go to any measure to find out answers to their pressing issues before they make a decision. They are often very spiritual people as they are the seekers of the truth. They are the ones who prefer to think that the furnace banging in the middle of the night is really their dead Aunt Thelma coming back for a visit!

Are You in a Personal Year of 7?

Whenever I see a lot of sevens around a person’s numerology chart it causes me to wonder what it is they are pondering. Sevens tell me that they are considering something very deeply and that it may be consuming a great deal of their time. Speaking as a 7 myself I know that a personal month or personal year of 7 is often very hard on my head! I’m told it’s hard on the heads of everyone who shares company with me as well! 7 personal months and years cause us to retreat within ourselves. It forces us to examine the big issues in our lives. It forces us to take off our rose-colored glasses and really see a situation for all it is. The influence of the number seven anywhere in our charts causes us to look for time alone. If we don’t find this solitude it often causes us stress.

I find it unthinkable that sevens are associated with being cold and aloof at times! What’s with that?! I’m as warm and fuzzy as it gets damn it! Oh. It’s my body language that says I’m cold and aloof. Who knew?! Sevens are deep thinkers and are often caught deep in thought with that look of judgment on their faces. We really aren’t judgmental people! Honest! We’re just trying to figure you out! Remember that we are the analysts and so it’s our job to figure out what the heck you’re all about! Did I mention this process can be hard on our heads?!

You know for years I thought my mother was really different and eccentric. Well maybe that’s still true….yeah….it’s true. But what I’ve come to learn about myself is that I too am different and eccentric! Ok. I said it! People expect me to see things through different eyes. They expect the unexpected from me. I no longer worry what people will think when I express myself in what might seem to be a very “way out there” point of view. I’ve come to terms with my vibration in that it is different. I do see things differently and I look for the spiritual message in ALL things. I mean everyone knows that when a Dragonfly chooses to land on you it’s a message that things are not always as they seem. Look more closely!

Were You Born on the 7th, 16th or 25th day?

Not only was I blessed with a number 7 life path number but I was also born on the 25th which also equates back to the energy of the 7. Any of us born on the 7th, 16th or the 25th will share the unique energy of the 7. One of the most common characteristics of the 7 energy I see when I am doing a Numerology chart is the incredible need my client has to become really good at something. They know beyond the shadow of a doubt that they are meant to study something…specialize in it…get really good at it….become well known for it…and eventually teach it to someone else. Sevens are perfectionists but don’t always have the tenacity necessary to follow a subject to its completion while mastering it. We are such keen students of the universe that “surely there has to be something more interesting to learn than this!”

Most sevens are quite intellectual by nature. It’s important that they surround themselves with others who are their intellectual equal. Sometimes this can be difficult as they are often misunderstood. I’m always surprised at what people say about me after they have gotten to know me. “Oh my! I always thought you were so prim and proper!” Pleeeease!  Sevens are seldom the people you think they are. Look beneath the surface of these people. There is more than meets the eye here! What you see is usually not what you get! They are a treasure chest of paradoxes! Who do you know who was born on the 7th, 16th or the 25th ? How well do you really know them? Are you a life path number of 7? Or maybe you are experiencing a personal year of 7. Either way a numerology chart can open the doors to better self understanding!

Numerology Number 6 - Life Path, Birth Day & Personal Year

Of all of the numbers from 1-9 I feel that those with a Life Path number of 6 are the ones who really need to know their purpose. The energy of the 6 says “I need to be of service to others.” There is nothing more enjoyable to see than someone who is in perfect alignment with their purpose. Whether your life path number is a 6 or maybe you were simply born on the 6th, 15th or 24th day, the need to be of service is the same.

6’s find satisfaction from jobs that allow them to be of service. This could include teaching, cooking, home decorating, real estate, spa therapist, animal rescue, gardening and landscaping.

It’s interesting to note that when you look at the number 6, it bears resemblance to a pregnant belly. This makes us think of the nurturer. It makes us think of the Mom and the home.

The 6 energy typically commands an interest in the home and family. 6’s typically love to make people feel comfortable in their home. They set the bar super high not only for themselves but also for others in their path. Picture the VanTrapp family from the Sound of Music! You get the idea! These are the perfectionists! 6pm on Christmas Eve would not be a good time to tell a 6 that the table napkins don’t match! There is a Martha Stewart living inside of anyone with 6 energy!

Whenever I read for 6’s, I always make sure that they have a plan in place for when they retire. 6’s don’t retire easily unless they know what their next assignment is! Who am I going to be responsible for once I retire? Who will I take care of once the kids are gone? Where will I place my energy and focus once my ailing parent is gone?

6’s thrive on being responsible. They are the first ones to jump in to take over the family reunion plans. They are the extreme home and school volunteers. 60 dozen cookies by tomorrow morning? I’m on it! The 6’s like to be in charge and often will elbow their way in when sometimes their assistance isn’t welcome. WHAT?! Yup. 6’s need to pause long enough to ask themselves “Why do I feel the need to jump in to help?!” Often, it’s because they are lacking in self worth. Helping makes them feel better about themselves. Saving others is often a case of saving themselves from the pain they may feel if they choose not to help. 6’s often measure their self worth based on how much they are able to contribute to others.

Are you in a 6 personal year?

The 6 personal year lends itself to a domestic focus. This is a time when your energy, attention and focus will be on the home and family. It will require a lot of balance between the demands from work and also from family. It’s possible that someone within your family might be demanding more time from you than you would typically be giving them. Maybe your Mom is going through a tough time. Maybe it’s time to consider the future of your elderly parents. If it’s not an emotional pull towards the family, it may simply be a focus on the actual home itself. Is it time for renovations? Have you put off fixing that leaky roof long enough? Maybe you have outgrown this home and are needing to consider your next move. All of this is possible in the 6 personal year.

Numerology Number 5 - Life Path, Birth Day and Personal Year

Messages from Ali

On July 5th of 2003 (a universal year of 5) I was visiting my mother in Alliston, Ontario. As we were returning from our walk I noticed a young bird lying dead in the grass beneath a large Maple tree. This sweet Mourning Dove was about the size of the palm of my hand. He was surrounded by the remnants of what used to be his home. Mourning Doves really do need to take a class in Nest Building 101 because they truly lack something here!

As I walked away, I caught a glimpse of a tiny creature deep beneath the grass peering up at me. There he was, just the tiniest bird I have ever seen. No more than 2” long with his eyes still firmly shut. He too had fallen from his nest before he had even seen his world. I called to my mother who told me to leave him be…let Mother Nature take her course.

I paused for a moment but I sensed a dogged determination about this little guy. He almost gave me a bit of attitude! Even though he had been abandoned he still lay there patiently waiting for someone to rescue him like he was royalty or something! He had such positive energy with an “it’s all good!” kind of attitude. I just knew I had to offer him a chance.

Were You Born on the 5th or 23rd of the Month?

I picked up his tiny chilly body and began to channel Reiki energy to him. All the while I asked why has this unexpected event happened to me? Talk about an “all about ME moment!"  Maybe I should have considered that this little bird was experiencing a bigger unexpected event! As I look back now, I realize that I discovered Ali (named after the fighter for obvious reasons…) on July 5th. The 5th of any month is sure to bring you unexpected events and change. It was also 2003 which was a 5 universal year full of unexpected events! If you were born on the 5th or 23rd day of any month, you can expect change and unexpected events to follow you.

For many hours I pondered why I had found this little guy and what the lesson was in this. It was obvious to me that a bird must fly and experience his freedom. I was on a mission to make that happen. And yes, I too share the energy of the 5 and an intense need and respect for freedom. Who better to rescue Ali than me?

Ali’s spirit emanated so many qualities we see in a 5. His determined spirit to live was evident every time he flapped his featherless wings. 5’s are eternal optimists. Ali had to have faith while he lay patiently in his own darkness.  He couldn’t yet see but still had to have faith in his future. 5’s are very adaptable people and in this case birds. A lot of birds would have died of fright by me handling them but Ali simply accepted me without judgment. If he could have spoken to me, I’m sure he would have said “Are YOU my mother?” He did look a wee bit confused on day two when his eyes finally opened but then 5’s welcome the exotic and different into their lives anyway. Who knew I’d become his wild and exotic Mom?! That’s me! Wild and exotic! (OK…maybe not!)

My experience with Ali reminds me that the 5 energy shows no distinction between birds or people, months or years, days or weeks. A 5‘s vibration always produces the same result.

Ali reminded me to have courage in the face of fear. He showed me the importance of flying towards my desired freedom. He encouraged me to be more flexible and adaptable. The energy of the 5 encourages us to embrace our challenges and to hold our arms or wings way out so the wind can pick us up and carry us to new and exciting places!

On a parting note I’d like to recognize the Ontario Humane Society for their extraordinary efforts to provide an appropriate home for Ali. Ali left the security of my palms for a bird sanctuary 2 hours north of my Mother’s home. A team of wonderful volunteers coordinated his safe journey and for this I am forever grateful. As much as I enjoyed spending time with Ali, it was important to me that he be re-introduced to his own kind. 5’s learn by doing so I felt it was best that another Mourning

Dove show him the ropes! Please remember to support your local animal shelters.

Numerology Number 4 - Life Path, Birth Day and Personal Year

Anyone who knows me well knows I have a genuine love of Crows. Yes, I said Crows. I have been blessed to have 5 crows commune with me in my typical city lot for several years now. I can’t begin to tell you how much I have learned from these fascinating creatures! What do Crows and the energy of the number four have in common?

Crows have a very defined family structure. They cohabit together for several years. The family unit is very important to crows and although you often see them roosting together in huge colonies or “murders”, make no mistake about it; Crows stick together in their family units. It’s sort of like Crow Condos if you will!

Crows are extremely intelligent birds. They are creatures of habit. I know this to be true as they arrive to be fed at precisely 8:00 am every morning. When they are busy introducing their young to the ways of the world in early July, they work very hard to establish these patterns. Routine is another characteristic of the number four. July is a very long month in our house as Mother Crows bring their kids to the drive-in they have established in my back yard!

Crows are very hard workers. In fact, their work ethic is extraordinary! They have a very defined detail to task. Each Crow knows its place and each has a job to do. They are in fact members of an elite group of “tool building” species. This means that the foundation of their very nests is supreme. They simply know how to build a strong home for themselves. Those with the life path number of four know that establishing a safe and secure foundation for their families is at the top of their priority list.

Crows are so intelligent that they intuitively know how to be resourceful. This is another characteristic of the number four. Fours love security. They love to know they have a stash in the bank for a rainy day. The Crows stash may be the leftover hamburger I threw out last night…but it’s their stash and their security! Crows never do without because they know how to plan ahead. Crows will hide their food so they are prepared for the days when the drive in is closed!

Crows are extremely observant of their environment. This is yet another characteristic of the number four. They have tremendous attention to detail. Within their structured lives there is always a sentinel looking over the others. The sentinel watches while everyone else eats or sleeps. They can become very demanding when things go awry. When danger presents itself the Crows will spring into action setting off an alarm that says they can’t be messed with! They have a very efficient sense of order and discipline in their communities.

Another characteristic that is common to observe in Crows and those who share the 4 energy is that of responsibility. They are hugely responsible to their families. They have a sense of law and order. It’s as though they have a need to do the right thing. Now I know a lot of you are scoffing me right now! You are likely saying “Yeah right lady! Tearing my garbage open does not appear to be the right thing to do from where I stand!” Maybe not. But once again they are honoring their families by providing for them and let’s remember that they were here first. We are the one’s snacking out of their back yards!

Crows have a dogged sense of determination. The energy of the four causes people to be equally determined and well focused on whatever goals they choose to meet. Once a four puts their minds to a task they never quit until the job is done. They can be very inflexible while focused on a task. Remember, the fours are the foundation builders and therefore they can appear to be inflexible while pursuing their tasks.

Personal Year of 4

A lot of people equate the personal year of 4 to that of a year of struggle. I prefer to look at it as a time of determined focus in any direction you wish to pursue. The four energy can be heavy for some. It is an uncomfortable energy for someone with the upward spiraling, flexible qualities of a 3. But it does serve its purpose! Fours share their wonderful grounding energy with those of us who are not so grounded.

Were you born on the 4th, 13th, 22nd or 31st?

Look at those around you that share a birth day of the 4th, 13th, 31st. and the 22nd. I assure you these people will share some if not all of the characteristics I have shown here in italics. These are the people who get the job done! AND…they usually do it right the FIRST time! Did I mention 4’s are perfectionists?!

I would be amiss if I didn’t share with you the experience I had this morning which so inspired this article. As I parked my car at the corner market, I noticed an adult Crow walking towards me. He obviously had something wrong with his leg. I believe he may have been missing part of his foot. As he walked toward me I couldn’t help but notice that one leg moved perfectly normally while the other one extended straight out in front of him like a military soldier! No flexibility in his walk at all! For the past several days I had been asking for some kind of inspiration to write this article! Who knew it would come from one of my dear feathered friends. My Crows have shared their wisdom around the importance of routine and structure in my life. They have me well trained! On a closing note…remember to honor these creatures of foundation, family and community. Take a moment to see the beautiful 4 energy they possess. In the native tradition it is believed that the Crows bring the magic into our lives. Ask them to bring you a little magic and you’ll be amazed at what they can do!

That’s all for now. Must run. I hear a customer at my drive in window!

Numerology Number 3 - Life Path, Birth Day and Personal Year

It seems to me that when I was a teenager every friend I had must have had a life path number of 3. Remember when your social circle was the single most important thing in your life? Remember how devastated you were when plans to hang out with your friends were cancelled? You may as well have been condemned to a prison cell for life if you were grounded for testing your limits!  Obviously not all teenagers share the life path number of 3, however most of them demonstrate common characteristics of the 3.

Those who have a life path number of 1 are the ones who stand alone. They are the independent pioneers. Those with a life path number of 2 like to have the company of one other person in their lives. They work best in one on one relationships. Well, it’s very true that two is company and three is a crowd! Those who share the life path number of 3 are the social butterflies. Like most teenagers the three is a very upward spiraling energy. Three’s have a need to be socially active. They do not work well alone. Although those who are born with a 3 Life path number are very creative both artistically and musically, they lack the ability to focus. Finishing what they start is always a chore for them. They have such a variety of interests! So much to do! So little time!

You will often find 3’s in the entertainment industry. The three’s make fabulous communicators and entertainers. They are often drawn to the visual and theater arts. They make great comedians and are often the class clowns! Three’s are fun and optimistic people. They have a love of life and have open, playful personalities. Three’s love attention and always look for the limelight!

A personal year of two lacks energy. It’s a time when we feel the need to stay low and spend time with one on one relationships. Remember that in the Universe’s wisdom we are asked to rest and restore in a year of two in preparation for the fast pace of the year of three. It’s our time out year.

Are You In A 3 Personal Year?

A personal year of 3 is a welcome relief! People generally become more socially active in a three year. Their energy finally returns and the idea of entertaining becomes less burdensome. Generally, you become more interested in spending time with groups of people. Your creative juices begin to flow like a river unleashed! Ideas seem to come from anywhere and everywhere! You don’t have the focus you’d like but you’re so busy having fun that it really doesn’t matter! It’s a carefree time where you may need to watch your money more closely. The theme is definitely around throwing caution to the wind!

This is a great time to redecorate your home. You might feel more inspired to try different color schemes. Dare to be different! This is a time when restrictions are simply not there. Redecorate a co-workers cubicle! (You can call me for ideas! I excel in this department!) A sense of freedom reigns supreme in a year of 3. The vibration of this year is optimistic. It’s a time of expansion in all areas of your life. Get back in touch with old friends while reaching out to make new ones!

The three personal year is not a great time for finances. The unpredictable energy of the three may influence you to be more frivolous with your money. Your thoughts may be too scattered to make educated decisions surrounding your future interests. You don’t want to experience buyer’s remorse after buying that “Pylon Orange shirt!” that you thought you looked so hot in!  Isn’t it great to know that the four year will bring you back into focus?!

Were You Born on the 3rd, 12th, 21st or 30th?

Often times I will simply look at someone’s day of birth to gain a quick glimpse into who they are. The day of birth reveals very accurate characteristics about a person and is the quickest way to take a sneak peek. Those born on the 3rd, 12th, 21st, and 30th. will always be the life of the party! You can be guaranteed a good time when you join company with a three!

Typically, those who have a life path number of 3 have very prominent ring or “Apollo” fingers. This is where the energy of creativity is born. The need for the spotlight is easy to see in the ring finger. Any weaknesses showing in this finger can indicate that a person’s creative potential is being stifled for some reason. A strong ring finger is a great indication that a person is comfortable expressing themselves in any way that appeals to them. This could be from writing, singing, acting or any kind of artistic medium.

It’s fair to say that those with a three life path number never lose their fun loving, adventurous dispositions. They are always game for a good time and seldom tire of social gatherings. Do you suppose Dick Clark was a three? After all, he was America’s oldest living teenager! Although Dick did not share a 3 life path number he was born on the 30th in a 3 universal year. Now there’s an example of three energy at work!

Numerology Number 2 - Life Path, Birth Day and Personal Year

At least once in everyone’s life we have all demonstrated the qualities of the number 2. How many of you have had to play warden while trying to calm down children who are engaged in combat? How many of you would have preferred a root canal to having to speak in public? Do you find yourself running around with your hands cupped over your ears yelling “La, la, la, la, la, I can’t heeeear you!” Yes, each one of us can likely identify with having some of these all too common “two” tendencies.

While the number one is the number of the independent, pioneering, prefer to work alone type, the number two represents the need to have companionship. By its very nature the two represents two parts of one. It stresses companionship and the need to become the peacemaker within groups. The two is far more sensitive than the one alone. Those with a two life path number tend to have a quieter nature. They hold an almost magical radar system which allows them to tune into not only their own sensitivities, but also those of others. It’s important to realize that people sharing a life path number of 2 feel chaos more so than others. They thrive in a peaceful, harmonious environment. Their digestive and nervous systems generally suffer in disharmonious atmospheres. They are the epitome of “two is company but three is a crowd!”

It is not uncommon for a person with a Life Path #2 to suffer from periods of depression. I believe this comes from the exceptionally high standards they set for themselves. Often times when we set impossible standards for ourselves, it’s natural to fall to moodiness and depression when we don’t measure up to our own expectations for ourselves.

2’s prefer to stay away from the limelight. They are often the driving force behind very successful people who are found in the lime light the 2’s so often avoid. They are quite satisfied knowing they were an integral part of a successful team effort. They are team players who prefer to work with others.

Are You In a Personal Year of 2?

If you are a 2 life path in a 2 personal year, you may feel somewhat like living with your brakes on! You wonder just what happened to all that energy you had last year! Why am I so tired? Why am I feeling so much less motivated than last year? The universe parents us well! When we enter a 2 personal year the universe makes us sit in our time out chair. The 2 year asks you to sit on your plans. It forces you to wait, rest and reevaluate where your life is going. Understanding this influence is the difference between sailing through a 2 year and riding on an ice breaker through solid water! I much prefer sailing!

Remember that personal years are cycles that rock back and forth between energetic trends and lethargic ones. The 2 year asks you to rest after the many activities of a one year while preparing and restoring you for the fast pace of the 3 year ahead.

Were You Born on the 2nd or 11th day?

The vibration of the 2 as a birth day number can be very useful to someone who is born with a more aggressive Life Path # like a 1 or an 8. It tempers the “edginess” around these #’s offering a gentler approach to life. The 2 energy is soft and inviting and can make a person seem more approachable than without the benefit of the 2.

When I used to work out in the corporate world,  I had the advantage of understanding my co-workers. You can call it my secret weapon! When one of them pitched a fit while kicking the photo copier I could quietly sit back and say to myself…”Uh huh…that’s the 2 energy coming out. You need to step back from the photo copier and learn some lessons around patience my friend!” Knowing the birth dates of your family, friends and coworkers makes it much easier to coexist with them on a daily basis. Why is Joe all of the sudden really distant? Maybe he just moved into a 7 personal year which is the year we tend to quietly reflect on life. Why has quiet Mary all of the sudden just turned into Chatty Cathy?! Maybe she just moved into a year of 3 personal year which is the year of communication.

You Can See 2 Energy in a Person’s Hands

You can often detect 2 energy in a person’s hands. Look at their index finger. Is it bowed? Does it look somewhat smaller in stature than the other fingers. Does it appear a bit “wilted?” These are signs of a person feeling powerless. Due to the quieter nature of the 2 this is often the case. Now look at their ring finger or “Apollo” finger. Is it low set into the palm? That can mean that it’s hiding from the spot light. Remember that the 2 hates the spotlight. The ring finger is the one that expresses a need or a dislike for the spotlight. Now look at the baby or “Mercury” finger. Is it bowed and bent? This might indicate difficulty in speaking up for themselves. This can often be the case with a 2 energy. They’d sooner sit quietly in the back ground and be the supporters not the leaders.

Your Life Path Number, Day of birth and the personal year you are currently in can explain so much about why you feel the way you do.

Although the 2’s can be wonderful drama queens, often blowing things way out of proportion, they are still the sweet and gentle souls that remind us to be good to one another. We could all use a dose of sensitivity once in a while! Snuggle up beside a #2 today. You’ll be glad you did!

Numerology Number 1 - Life Path, Birth Day and Personal Year

Life Path Number 1

Do you remember as a child how important it was to be number one? Remember what it was like to be the “special one” chosen by the teacher to run those important errands to the principal’s office? Remember how high you stretched your hand up so she couldn’t possibly over look you? Did you ever race to the store to be the first in line so you could be the hero Christmas morning in the eyes of your child? If you are like most people, you will at some time in your life have experienced the need to be number one.

Are You in a Personal Year of 1?

The number one holds some very interesting vibrations. In terms of Numerology we can observe the number one in many areas of life. Let’s consider the first year in a nine year epicycle. Remember that an epicycle is made up of 9 years with each of these years holding a predictable vibration that will produce a sort of “theme” within that year. Consider the year of one if you will. The number one signifies a time of new beginnings.  Anything you do in a year of one will dramatically influence your next nine years.  New ideas will come to the forefront as we forge our way into new experiences. We feel a need to get moving. The universe is very wise as it provides us with the physical energy necessary to keep up with this new pace of moving forward. It is a time of renewal when we can feel free to plant the seeds of our new dreams. The higher vibration of the one year is a welcome relief from the lower energy of the nine year. The nine year which precedes a year of one, is a time of many endings with lots of letting go to be done. It is a year filled with uncertainty while the year of one holds hope and promise for all that will come. It’s important to recognize the value in a year of one so you can harness its energy while making new plans for your future! Go ahead! Go crazy! Let the manifesting begin!

Those born with a life path number of one are the true leaders among us. You will often notice that their index fingers are the most dominant finger on their hand. The finger will often be high set off the palm too. While acting out the positive vibration of the number one, these people are the inventors, initiators, pioneers, and visionaries. They are recognized as original thinkers who are always independent by nature. They are the entrepreneurs and the self starters. They often seek to achieve recognition for their efforts.  Numerology asks us to observe both the positive and the negative qualities of each number. When someone acts on the negative side of one they can be overly dominant, aggressive, overly focused, irrational and stubborn. As you can see, the number one can be a force to be reckoned with! Tom Cruise is a classic example of a life path number one. He is a leader in his industry with a drive for success. He never avoids controversial acting roles and is not afraid of adversarial subjects in the press. He is independent with a capital “I”! Does he border on the negative side of the number one? I guess it depends on how you view him. I’m sure he has been a huge driving force behind his successful career which has leaded him to the fame and fortune he truly desired. Obviously there is no mission impossible for him!

Were You Born on the 1st, 10th, 19th or 28th day?

It’s interesting to know that even if your life path number is not a number one you can still share many of the characteristics that the vibration of one provides. If for example you were born on the 1st, 10th, 19th or 28th day of the month, you will share the vibration of one that will be clearly seen in your personality. Think of someone you know who was born on one of these days. Are they independent? Are they leaders as opposed to followers? Do they seek to be noticed? It’s amazing how much you can know about a person just by knowing the day they were born on! The strength of the vibration of one can be very helpful to the person born under a less aggressive life path number. Let’s look at how the vibration of one helps the vibration of two. The life path number of two has a softer vibration around it. They tend to be more sensitive and less aggressive people. However, being born on a day that produces a one vibration will provide those with sensitive life paths that edge of assertiveness that will help to balance out the weaker sides of the two vibration.

Next month we will further explore the vibration around the number two. In the meantime, try noticing the number one around you. You may want to take notice of those people born on the first day of the month or whose birth day number adds up to a one. (28 is actually 2+8=10    1+0=1 Remember to always reduce the double digit to a single one.) Notice if they have the qualities of the leader as described above. I promise the observations will astound you!

Life Path Number

Your life path number is based upon your date of birth. Each number from 1-9 holds a vibration and each vibration produces a predictable characteristic or outcome around it. Numerologists believe that we have all had previous life times. Prior to reincarnating into this lifetime you would have reviewed your previous lifetime while asking yourself what it is you’d like to learn this time around.

Your date of birth is made up of the numbers YOU chose to place there. These numbers create your blue print for life or better referred to as your “soul’s contract.” Within your souls contract holds all the lessons you agreed to learn while you are here in earth school.

If for example you entered into this life time wanting to learn some lessons around managing money, you would have included some 8’s in your chart because 8’s have the vibration relating to the lessons around money. If you wanted to learn some lessons around leadership you would have included some 1 energy in your chart because 1’s are all about leadership and a pioneering spirit.

The Life Path number is the number I pay most attention to in a reading as it offers unchangeable information. Your date of birth never changes whereas your name may change due to marriage or a conscious choice you make to change it. Your date of birth produces short term cycles that you will easily identify with as we discuss your reading.

Your name is made up of letters. Each letter is assigned numeric value which in turn produces a vibration. Your long term cycles are determined by your name on your birth certificate.

The most important number in your Numerology chart is your Life Path number, based on the date of your birth. Your Life Path number reveals a broad outline of the opportunities, challenges and lessons you will encounter during this lifetime.

How to find your Life Path number

First, reduce each unit of your birth date (month/day/year) to a single-digit number or a Master number (Master numbers are 11, 22 and 33). Next, add each of the resulting digits (or Master numbers) together and reduce the total again to a single digit, or a Master number.

For example, if you were born on October 12, 1936, you would calculate your Life Path as follows:

Month: October is the 10th month of the year. 10 reduces to 1 (1 + 0 = 1).

Day: The date of birth is 12. 12 reduces to 3 (1 + 2 = 3).

Year: The year of birth is 1936. 1936 reduces to 1 (1 + 9 + 3 + 6 = 19, then 1 + 9 = 10 and finally 1 + 0 = 1).

Now add the resulting single-digit numbers: 1 + 3 + 1 = 5.

The Life Path number in this case is 5.

This the only correct way to calculate your Life Path

There are other methods for calculating your Life Path number, all of which will arrive at the same single-digit result, yet the method used here is the only one that is correct. The other methods follow the wrong “path” of calculation, arbitrarily adding up the numbers that appear in the birth date, which can result in a Master number where none truly exists, or miss a Master number that should have actually been included.

Refer to the chart below for a better understanding of what your life path number means to you.

For further explanation please watch my video “How to Calculate Your Life Path Number…CORRECTLY!”

Numerology Life Path 1 (10/1, 19/1)

The Life Path 1 suggests that you entered this plane with skills allowing you to become a leader type rather easily. Your nature is charged with individualistic desires, a demand for independence, and the need for personal attainment. Many of our military generals, corporate leaders, and political leaders are men and women having the Life Path 1. When you display positive 1 traits your mind is capable of significant creative inspiration, and it possesses the enthusiasm and drive to accomplish a great deal. You are very good at getting the ball rolling; initiating new projects is your forte. You are at your best when confronted with obstacles and challenges, as you combat these with strength and daring. This is both the physical and inner varieties of strength. With this strength comes utter determination and the capability to lead. As a natural leader you have a flair for taking charge of any situation. You have a tendency to do this, even if, at times, it is not appropriate for you to do so.

Highly original, you may have talents as an inventor or innovator of some sort. In any work that you choose, your independent attitude can show through. You have very strong personal needs and desires, and you feel it is always necessary to follow your own convictions. You tire of routine and highly detailed tasks rather quickly.

You are ambitious and assertive in promoting yourself. Although you may hide the fact for social reasons, you can be self-centered and demand to have your way in many circumstances. That said, for the most part, you are considered very good company, friendly, good-natured, and a wonderful conversationalist. People like you and are drawn to you. It is a good thing they are, because you are very sensitive to disapproval and you don’t handle it very well.

There are several ways that the negative side of the 1 can show up. The 1 always has the potential for greatness as a leader, but they may fail as a follower. Unfortunately, sometimes you have to follow for a while before you are allowed to lead and this can be a difficult time. When the 1 Life Path person is not fully developed and expressing the negative side of this number, the demeanor may appear very dependent rather than independent, particularly in the early years. If you are expressing this negative trait of the number 1, you are likely to be very dissatisfied with your circumstances, and long for self-sufficiency. This might be defined as the weak or dependent side of the negative 1 Life Path. On the strong side of this negative curve, the 1 energy can become too self-serving, selfish and egotistical. Avoid being too bossy and demanding.

Numerology Life Path 2 (11/2, 20/2)

If you are living with the positive attributes of the number 2 Life Path, you are apt to have the most delicate ability to be balanced and fair. You clearly see the full spectrum of viewpoints in any argument or situation, and because of this, people may seek you out to be a mediator. In this role you are able to settle disputes with the most unbiased flair. There is sincere concern for others; you think the best of people, and want the best for them. You are honest and open in thought, word and deed. You excel in any form of group activity where your expertise in handling and blending people can be used effectively. Manners and tact mark your way with others, and you are not one to dominate a group or situation. You are the master of compromise and of maintaining harmony in your environment. As the ultimate team member, you never demand praise or recognition.

On the negative side of the 2, nervous energy is a trait often observed in the 2. Because of this, you may be seen as an extremist who is sometimes the zealot in expressing likes and dislikes. Nervous tension can bring the normally easygoing 2 into a state of emotional outrage, which to those around you, may seem so out of character. Indeed, the 2 can sometimes become oversensitive. In some instances, the strength of the 2 can also become its weakness. You may find it hard to decide what to do at times. Twos often struggle against indecisiveness. Making decisions and getting your life in gear, so to speak, may be a challenge. There is a tendency for the many 2s to harbor feelings of uneasiness, and dissatisfaction with accomplishments and personal progress in life. The biggest obstacle and difficulty you may face is that of passivity and a state of apathy and lethargy. The negative 2 can be very pessimistic. When this sets in to any degree, you are able to accomplishes very little. If living on the negative side of the 2, you may lack common sense, and you are quite often unable to distinguish between fantasy and reality.

Numerology Life Path 3 (3, 12/3, 21,/3, 30/3)

The 3 loves connecting with people. The characteristics of the 3 are warmth and friendliness, a good conversationalist, social and open. A good talker both from the standpoint of being a delight to listen to, but even more importantly, one who has the ability to listen to others. Accordingly, the life path 3 produces individuals who are always a welcome addition to any social situation and know how to make others feel at home. The approach to life tends to be exceedingly positive. Your disposition is almost surely sunny and openhearted. A happy and often inspired person, you are constantly seeking and needing the stimuli of similar people.

In romance, the 3 is a very ardent and loyal lover. Affairs that don’t go well can leave scares that seem to linger. Emotional experiences of all sorts tend to deeply touch the 3 and the drama may take some time to play out. Regrettably, the giving disposition of the 3 often attracts demanding partners. As with most of life’s issues for the 3 Life Path, balance in relationships is illusive.

For the few living on the negative side of this Life Path, a 3 may be so delighted with the joy of living that the life becomes frivolous and superficial. You may scatter your abilities and express little sense of purpose. The 3 can be an enigma, for no apparent reason you may become moody and tend to retreat. Escapist tendencies are not uncommon with the 3 life path, and you find it very hard to settle into one place or one position. Guard against being critical of others, impatient, intolerant, or overly optimistic.

Numerology Life Path 4 (4, 13/4, 22/4, 31/4, 40/4)

All with this Life Path have the ability to take orders and to carry them out with dedication and perseverance and many 4s live and work happily in this context. But so often, the 4 Life Path is the entrepreneur and manager in the community. In either role, you always demand as much from yourself as you do from others, and sometimes a lot more.

You are an excellent organizer and planner because of your innate ability to view things in a very common sense and practical way. This stems from a strong desire to be a perfectionist in your labor. Planning is necessary to avoid errors. It’s very likely that a 4 Life Path person invented the to-do list, because it is the rare Life Path 4 who doesn’t have one by her side at all times. Your life is programed in an orderly fashion permitting you to catalog and manage the flow of ideas and activities that fill your day. Indeed, you seem to function best when you are under the gun and facing a tough set of problems.

The number 4 is solidly associated with the element of earth from which it gains its strength and utter sense of reality. You are one of the most dependable people you know. If patience and determination can ever win, you are sure to achieve great success in life. Often, you are called on to take care of others; to finish what they have started. It may not seem fair and probably isn’t, but it may be the key to your accomplishment and reputation.

Numerology Life Path 5 (5, 14/5, 23/5, 32/5)

You may be one of the most compassionate of people as the 5 is surely the most freedom-loving and compassionate Life Path. Your love of freedom extends to humanity at large, and concern for your fellow man, his freedom and his welfare, may be foremost in your mind. A great Life Path 5 American President, Abraham Lincoln, issued the Emancipation Proclamation, and ended slavery in America. As the ultimate progressive thinker type, your potential in government, the law, and other positions of authority is unlimited.

You abhor routine and boring work, and you are not very good at staying with everyday tasks that must be finished on time. On the average, the number 5 personality is rather happy-go-lucky; living for today, and not worrying too much about tomorrow. It is also important for you to find a job that provides thought-provoking tasks rather than routine and redundant responsibilities. You do best dealing with people, but the important thing is that you have the flexibility to express yourself at all times. You have an innate ability to think through complex matters and analyze them quickly, but then be off to something new.

In romance, you hate to be tied down and restricted. This doesn’t necessarily mean that you are unfaithful or promiscuous, but it does mean that a good partner for you needs to understand your nature. A relationship based on jealousy and having tight reigns is not going to work at all for you. A partner who understands your need to be free and trusted will find you trustworthy, even if you aren’t constantly available and totally dutiful. It is important for you to mix with people of a like mind, and to try to avoid those that are too serious and demanding.

Numerology Life Path 6 (6, 15/6, 24/6)

The Life Path 6 suggests that you entered this plane with tools to become the ultimate nurturer, and a beacon for truth, justice, righteousness, and domesticity. Your paternal, or maternal, as the case may be, instincts with a 6 Life Path exceed all others by a considerable margin. Whether in the home or in the work place, you are the predominant caretaker and family head. While the 6 may assume significant responsibilities in the community, the life revolves around the immediate home and family, for this is the most domestic of numbers. Conservative principles and convictions are deeply ingrained and define your character.

This is the Life Path related to leadership by example and assumption of  responsibility, thus, it is your obligation to pick up the burden and always be ready to help. If you are like the majority with Life Path 6, you are one who will willingly carry far more than your fair share of any load, and you are always there when needed. In doing so, you take ownership and often become an authority over the situation.

It’s likely you feel compelled to function with strength and compassion. You are a sympathetic and kind person, generous with personal and material resources. Wisdom, balance, and understanding are the cornerstones of your life, and these define your approach to life in general. Your extraordinary wisdom and the ability to understand the problems of others is apt to commence from an early age. This allows you to easily span the generation gap and assume an important role in life early on.

The natural burdens of this number are heavy, and on rare occasions, responsibility is abdicated by persons with this Life Path 6. This rejection of responsibility will make you feel very guilty and uneasy, and it will have very damaging effects upon your relationships with others.

Life Path 7 (7, 16/7, 25/7, 34/7)

A Life Path 7 person is a peaceful and affectionate soul. But you guard your connection to people carefully. It’s easy for you to detect deception and recognize insincere people, and you avoid them. You aren’t one to have a wide circle of friends, but once you accept someone as a friend, it’s for life. It’s as if you must get to know someone a lot better before you allow the wall surrounding you to be penetrated. Chances are you are a very charming and refined individual with great poise and a quick wit. Nonetheless, there is an exclusiveness about you. You probably aren’t a very social person. Your reserve is often taken to be aloofness, but actually, it’s not that at all. It is merely a cover up for your basic feeling of insecurity. There’s no rush, It takes time for you to warm up to new friends. Clubs and organizations hold little interest for you; you are not a joiner.

The overwhelming strength of the number 7 is reflected in the depth of thinking that is shown; you will garner knowledge from practically every source that you find. Intellectual, scientific, and studious, you don’t accept a premise until you have dissected the subject and arrived at your own independent conclusion.

You rely heavily on your experiences and your intuition, rather than accepting advice from someone. Your hunches usually prove to be very accurate, and knowing this, you follow the directions they seem to guide.

Fortunately, the negative 7 is not the typical 7, at least not without some mitigating positive traits. This number is one that seems to have some major shifts from highs to lows. Stability in feelings may be elusive for you.

Numerology Life Path 8 (8, 17/8, 26/8, 35/8, 44/8)

The Life Path 8 suggests that you entered this plane armed to lead, direct, organize and govern. You are very ambitious and goal-oriented. You will want to use your ambitions, your organizational ability, and your efficient approach to carve a satisfying niche for yourself. If you are a positive 8 you are endowed with tremendous potential for conceiving far-reaching schemes and ideas, and also possessing the tenacity and independence to follow them through to completion. In short, you were born to be an executive.

This Life Path is the most prone to producing workaholics. But your ability to spot good people and engage them in your endeavors is a special trait not to be overlooked. There is an inspirational quality in your makeup which allows you to become a great leader. You are practical and steady in your pursuit of major objectives, and you have the courage of your convictions when it comes to taking the necessary chances to get ahead.

This Life Path is perhaps the one that is the most concerned with and desirous of status as an ultimate measure of success. You want to be recognized for your hard work and achievements. The attainment of honors and acceptance into the club of executive leadership is all important. For this, you may find yourself very well suited to compete in the business world or in the political arena.

The negative 8 can be dictatorial and often suppresses the enthusiasm and efforts of fellow member of the environment. Often, the strength of their own personality excludes close feelings for other people with whom they come in contact. Material gains and rewards often become issues of utmost importance, even to the neglect of family, home and peace of mind. Dedication to success can become an obsession. Emotional feelings are often suppressed by the negative 8, resulting in isolation and loneliness. All Life Path 8 people must avoid discounting the opinions of others.

Numerology Life Path 9 (9, 18/9, 27/9, 36/9)Usually this number produces an individual that is very trustworthy and honorable, and one unlikely to harbor any sort of prejudice. Obviously, this is a rather tall order, but you are, in fact, a person that feels very deeply for individuals less fortunate than yourself, and if you are in a position to help, you certainly will. The 9, being the highest of the single digit numbers, holds an elevated position in terms of responsibilities to mankind.

The 9 Life Path indicates you have a commanding presence. You have the ability to make friends very easily, as people are attracted to your magnetic, open personality. The term “hail-fellow” may have been coined to describe a 9 Life Path, as you may indeed be one of those who is generally upbeat and heartily friendly and congenial. You meet people easily and are quickly befriended because of your openness and amiable demeanor. Your genial ways often put you in the lead in whatever field of endeavor you pursue.

You tend to be quite sensitive, as you see the world with much feeling. The number 9’s very deep understanding of life is sometimes manifested in the artistic and literary fields. If drama and acting is not your forte, it will surely be an area of great interest and potential. Likewise, you may be able to express your deep emotional feelings through painting, writing, music, or other art forms.

As do all the life path numbers, the 9 has its negative side. Because of the demanding nature of the truly positive 9, many tend to fail in this category. It is not uncommon for persons with the 9 life path to fight the realities and challenges of purpose imposed here because selflessness is not an easy trait. You may have difficulty believing that giving and a lack of personal ambition can be satisfying. It must be realized and accepted that little long-term satisfaction and happiness is to be gained by rejecting the natural humanitarian inclinations of this path.

The Master Numbers 11, 22, 33

In Numerology, every number is significant, yet there are three numbers to pay extra-special attention to: 11, 22 and 33 — these are called “Master numbers.” But what makes Master numbers so … masterful? These three Master numbers have profoundly powerful meanings, and when they appear in your chart, they can hint at difficulty. But Master numbers are often not well understood — they can be just as much of a curse as they can be a blessing. They give you insight into obstacles by calling upon your patience and maturity — and a lot of effort — to peacefully integrate these elements into your personality. If you, personally, can master these Master numbers in your chart, however, they can be the most powerful, productive numbers of all. Master number 11The number 11 represents instinct, and is the most intuitive of all numbers. It is your connection to your subconscious, to gut feeling and knowledge without rationality. Because the 11 has all the qualities of the 2 (since 1 + 1 = 2), the negative points of the 11 — anxiety, shyness, stressed energy — are balanced out by the 2’s qualities of charisma and inspiration. 11 is the dichotomy number, meaning it is both extremely conflicted and also a dynamic catalyst. The danger of the 11 is that it needs to be focused on a very specific, concrete goal. If you have 11 in your chart and it isn’t attached to a specific project, you will most likely experience anxiety and fear. It’s extremely powerful and capable of great things, but can also be extremely self-sabotaging when not used correctly. If you have the Master number 11 in your Numerology chart, tap into it and use it to create personal power and spiritual evolution. Do not deny your instincts, and let your inner, guiding voice push you toward growth and stability. This is a number of faith, and very much associated with psychics, clairvoyants and prophets.Master number 22The Master number 22 holds more power than any other number (earning it the nickname “the Master Builder”). It is a pragmatic number, a doer, capable of spinning wild dreams into concrete reality. Those who have 22 in their Numerology chart have great potential for success — that’s because it has all the intuition of the number 11, paired with a grounded and scientific approach associated with the number 4 (because 2 + 2 = 4). 22 is an ambitious but disciplined number. The 22 represents lofty goals brought down to earth and made into something you can touch. It is a grandiose thinker with great confidence and leadership qualities. Unfortunately, not everyone with a 22 in their chart is practical — this is symbolized by the brilliant person you might know who doesn’t “live up to” their potential. This is the danger of both the 11 and 22 — though both are capable of greatness, they can shy away from great opportunities or apply too much pressure to themselves. If you have 22 in your chart, ease up and realize your limitless opportunities. Turn down the pressure-cooker and realize your shot at serving the world in an effective and practical way.Master number 33The 33 is the mover and shaker of the Master numbers (earning it the nickname “Master Teacher”). With 11 and 22 combined in this Master number, intuition and dreams reach an entirely new orbit. A 33 used to its full potential means that there is no personal agenda, only a focus on humanitarian issues. Someone with 33 strongly featured in their chart has the ability to throw themselves into a project that goes far beyond mere practicality. The number 33 represents full understanding before communication. With 33 represented in one’s Numerology chart, that person is probably highly knowledgeable, but also fact-checks before preaching ideas or ideals. This number in full efficiency is a sight to behold. But this is rare. Master number 33 is only significant if it’s one of your Core numbers — Life Path, Heart’s Desire, Personal Expression, Personality or Maturity numbers. Otherwise, Numerology experts look at 33 as simply 6 (or 33/6, still weakening its power and downgrading it from a Master number).Numerology experts pay special attention to Master numbers, and you should too. The best way to consider them? That 11, 22 and 33 create a triangle of enlightenment.

Epicycles Explained

The Epicycle is a nine year cycle. Each year has a theme or “vibration” to it. A year of one for example would be a year of new beginnings where a year of nine would be a year of endings. I look at each of these nine years as a template.

Everyone is experiencing the energy of one of these years. The careful examination of your Numerology chart will identify not only which personal year or vibration you are currently in but also how YOU will travel personally through it. Below are examples of the unique energy of each personal year. Can you guess which year you are in?

Here is a simple formula for determining your personal year. Remember….each personal year starts Jan 1st and ends on Dec 31st.

Determine the universal year.

IE: 2017    2+0+1+7= 10  1+0=1    2017 is an 1 universal year.

Now….add your month of birth and your day of birth to the universal year.

IE: December is the 12th month. (You need to reduce double digits to single digits.)

12th month = 1+2=3

24th day = 2+4=6

Now add the universal year of 1 to your month and day of birth.

IE: 3 + 6 + 1 = 10    1+0 = 1    You are in an 1 personal year. (This is a big year for someone in a 1 PERSONAL year because the universe is ALSO in a 1 year!)

Remember….to get the total picture of what your personal year has to offer you, you may want to consider having a full reading done with me. Your name on your birth certificate provides me with your “essence” number. The essence determines just how you will travel through your personal year. The essence is a major component to your chart and provides so much light on your experience than just looking at the personal year alone!

Year of One

The year of one provides us with lots of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual energy. It’s “go time!”. Lot’s of opportunities will become available to you in a one year. This is the year for new beginnings. It’s a time to plant seeds. Anything you start in a year of one will directly influence your experience for the next 9 years. The focus is all around you.

Year of Two

Where the year of one was all about you the year of two is all about you and one other person. It’s a time of partnerships. You will enjoy a lot of one on one time. This could be you and a spouse, you and a child, you and a business partner. There will be lots of one on one activity going on.  This is a time to be patient and sit in your “time out” chair. Patience will be necessary to move through this year. Watch the seeds that you planted last year as they are beginning to germinate.

Year of Three

Where last year was a year of one on one relationships, the year of three is a more social energy. Last year you were quite happy to cuddle on the couch with that special someone but this year you are happy to entertain and be entertained. Its a creative year with lots of ideas brewing. The seeds you planted in year one are finally sprouting and you are beginning to feel expansion all around you. This creative energy does not allow for a lot of focus but the creative potential is awesome! Let the ideas flow in!

Year of Four

Where the year of three caused you to have no focus on anything but your social life the four asks you to get a bit more grounded and responsible. The year of four produces this amazing ability to be hyper focused on whatever you want in your life. Unfortunately most people tend to focus on what’s right in front of them. What you see most clearly is what you don’t have. “I don’t have enough time, money, energy resources etc.” The year of four is brilliant as it asks us to build strong foundations for ourselves. The reminder here is that everything you give your energy, time and focus to will get bigger. If you focus on what you don’t have enough of you’ll continue to get the same. So people tend to feel very stuck in a year of four because they focus too much on their limitations. Don’t waste this amazing energy on focusing on what you don’t have! Focus on what you do have!

Year of Five

Where the year of four had you feeling stuck the year of five is helping you feel free again. The straight jacket is finally off. You feel more comfortable taking a few risks. Change is almost certain and a dose of unexpected events is likely too. Be careful not to go over board with your spending after a year of holding your money close. Travel is a definite theme for this year!

Year of Six

I like to call the year of six the year of domestic drama. Now don’t get me wrong. I’m not saying that you’ll be fighting with your spouse and family…but maybe you will! The focus of this year is on the home front. That being said, you might simply need a new roof or doors. It can be a focus on the dwelling or the people in it. It’s a year where you will learn the hard lessons around establishing balance in your life. It can be a challenging year for workaholics as they try to maintain balance with their work lives and their home life. The other consideration for this year are the lessons around responsibility. How much of this is really MY responsibility? How involved do I really need to be or can I feel safe to allow things to unfold without me being involved? This is all challenging as the other theme to this year is around the need to nurture people.

Year of Seven

After a year of a lot of involvement with people in your life the year of seven will be a year of quiet reflection and introspection. You will definitely want some time to yourself. This is a year where you will be asking yourself “What next?” “What do I really want for myself?” The year of seven is often a very spiritual year. It’s a great year to study and get in touch with yourself. I call this a “Head game” year as you are most definitely in your head rather than thinking from your heart. Its a year where you may experience some self doubt as you ponder the next move in your life.

Year of Eight

The year of eight brings welcome relief from being stuck in your head! It’s go time! This is a year full of manifestations. There is a huge focus on your personal economy. You’ll be faced with the questions around “Do I buy? Do I sell? Do I invest? Do I ask for a raise?”

This is big year to look at your financials and make decisions that will influence you for the next nine years.

Year of Nine

The year of nine is the last year of our epicycle. It’s the year that will groom us to get ready for the next year which will be a year of new beginnings. This year you will feel the need to kick to the curb anything that is standing in your way of getting ahead. You can have the yard sale of your life as you clean out your closets! You are consciously aware that you don’t want to carry any unnecessary baggage into the next new cycle. This includes not only “stuff” but people as well! You may have a few friends that you know are not positive influences in your life but you continue to see them anyway. If you don’t make conscious choices to limit your contact with them…the universe will do it for you so that you are surrounded by positive influences in your new year. This is a great time for forgiveness too. Who needs to be forgiven so you can move on? Sometimes a year of nine can be a bit scary. Huge shifts and changes happen leaving us to feel very vulnerable. The reality is that the universe has a wonderful plan for us which sometimes does not include what we already have.

On another note…

Remember that you only have “one kick at the cat” once in nine years to take advantage of what your personal year energy is offering you. Do you see just how important it is to know what energy is being given to you this year? This is your own personal road map!

What Does It Mean When I Keep Seeing Repeating Numbers?

One of the most popular questions I am asked every day is

“What does it mean to see repeating numbers? It’s driving me craaaazy!!”

Numerology observes the philosophy that all numbers hold vibrations.
Vibrations produce predictable characteristics.

Learning Numerology is learning how to “speak” numbers! It’s a language!

Each number holds a vibration that is something that can be interpreted.

It is believed that seeing repeating numbers is a definite sign that your Angels
or guides are trying to get your attention!

For example: When we think of the number one we think of the words leader,
driven, successful, winner, new beginnings, independence. This is the “vibration”
that the number one gives off.

Before you can understand what the repeating numbers are trying to tell you, you
need to learn how to interpret the numbers from 1-9.

I have created a chart that will help you to understand the meanings of each number.

It will also give you some ideas on how to interpret those pesky repeating numbers!

Karmic Lesson Definitions

To determine your karmic lessons (if any!) you must first determine which letters are missing from your BIRTH NAME.

For example:

Begin by asking yourself….

“Does John have any letters relating to the 1 vibration of AJS?”

Yes! John has an “A”, a “J” and also an “S” so we know that John does NOT have a karmic lesson of 1 because he has letters relating to that number.

“Does John have any letters relating to the 2 vibration of B, K or T?

Yes! John has a “T” in his name which now determines he has no 2 karmic lessons.

“Does John have any letters relating to the 3 vibration of C, L or U?

No! John does not have any C’s, L’s or U’s in his birth name. This means that John DOES have a karmic lesson of 3.

Now go through the whole birth name exploring each number from 1-9 to determine if you have any karmic lessons at all.
